My musical journey started at the tender age of 11 after hearing Elton John's Greatest Hits Album. I was instantly captivated by the piano licks of Honky Cat and the ballad beauty of Your Song. I knew from that day, music would be my passion and the piano and keyboards were to be my destiny. Piano lessons ensued and day after day, hour after hour, I worked my fingers to the bone, practicing intensely. The first piano song I ever learned was Ode To Joy. If it wasn't for Elton, the spark may well not have been ignited for the musical passion i possess. Who knows? But either way, I am grateful to Elton for discovering him and the amazing lyrics of Bernie Taupin. I have been a huge fan since.
